Facilities
The facilities at Haven include a gym, hot tub and, in the summer months, an outdoor swimming pool. There are also several meeting rooms (including an auditorium) that can accommodate between six and two hundred people. Wireless internet access throughout the property.

Lodge
The lodge is the center of activity at The Haven. Facing the waters of Taylor Bay, the lodge offers ocean view dining including an outdoor deck (famous for sunsets), a buffet style serving area, a cozy bar area with a fireplace and cable TV. Also, a small dance space can be made available in the dining room for interested groups. Just out the front door of the lodge attached to the Orca building is a living room with cable TV and an adjoining games room with pool table, air hockey and nintendo.

#105 is a small room with 2 single beds, tub/shower. 6 stairs; 2 people max.no TV.
Heron:
#113 and 114 are small rooms with 1 double bed, bathroom with shower (no tub), no TV or chairs. For course participants only.

Osprey:
#140 and 141 are small rooms with 1 double bed, big closet, cable TV tub/shower, small Desk, ramp access, 2 people max.
#142 is a small room with 1 double bed, small closet, cable TV, shower w/ seat,(no tub), wheelchair accessible bathroom, 2 people max.
#143 is a small room with 1 double bed, big closet, cable TV, tub/shower, small desk, ramp access, 2 people max.
#144 is a small room with 1 double bed , cable TV, tub/shower, small desk, ramp access, 2 people max. Pet friendly at extra daily charge of $25.

Havenhaus:
#162 is a large ground floor room with 1 double futon, 2 single beds, cable TV, tub/ shower, Lg. desk. Connecting door to room #160. Bathroom door awkward so not suitable for persons with mobility problems

Special Accommodation
Havenside is a house with a carport and private yard. #173 is the Lower level of #170. 2 single beds and 1 double bed, cable TV, and bathroom with shower (no tub), small desk. Connecting door to #170. Single cot available. Not available without also renting #170. Room rate for private guest based on Forestview.

Forestview Accommodation
Osprey:
#145 is a large room with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, cable TV, tub/shower, large desk, wheelchair accessible. Space for mattress on floor. Pet friendly at extra daily charge of $25.
#146 is a large room on 2nd floor with 1 queen bed , 1 single bed, 1 single trundle bed, cable TV, tub/shower.

Orca:
#133 and 134 are large 2nd floor rooms overlooking the pool(noise consideration) with private separate decks, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, cable TV, tub/ shower, large desk in each. Hot when sunny -leave windows open for breeze. Room for mattress on floor.

Thunderbird:
#135 is a large room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, cable TV, tub/shower, medium desk, up 9 stairs. Private deck
#136 and #137 are large rooms with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, cable TV, tub/shower, medium desk, up 9 stairs. private deck. #137 has room for a mattress on the floor.
#138 is a large room with 1 queen Murphy bed , 2 single beds and a loveseat, kitchen with microwave & oven, cable TV, full bathroom with tub/shower- also separate toilet & sink. Up 9 stairs. Private deck.

Havenhaus:
#163, 164, 165, 166, are 2nd floor rooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed, cable TV, tub/shower. No room for mattresses or cribs. Shared decks at either end of upstairs hallway.
#160 is a ground level suite with 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa bed, kitchen with oven and microwave, cable TV and shower (no tub), large desk. Connecting door to #162.
A conference room with a small refrigerator and facilities for coffee/tea are available in this building.

Oceanview Accommodation
Kingfisher:
#120 is a large waterfront room with 1 queen bed, 1 double futon, picture windows, Kitchenette with microwave (no oven), cable TV, tub/shower. Room for mattress on floor. large shared deck.
#121 is a large waterfront room with 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa bed, cable TV, fridge, microwave, tub/shower. No room for mattress or crib if sofa bed is used. Large shared deck.
#125 is a large, 2nd floor room with 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa bed, waterfront view, kitchenette with microwave(no oven), cable TV, tub/shower. No room for crib or cot if couch is used. Small deck.

Orca:
#155 is a large second floor room with large private deck and ocean view. Queen bed in bedroom, double pull-out couch in living room, desk, cable TV, large fridge, microwave. Bathroom with shower only. Potential for noise from pool activity and central location (front of lodge). Dish fee waived for this room as only small bathroom bin in room for guests to exchange dirty dishes for clean ones at the kitchen in the lodge.

Eagleview:
#156 is a large level entry ground floor suite with wheelchair access throughout. Queen bed in bedroom, single motorized hospital bed in living room, desk, cable TV, fridge, microwave. Handicap Bathroom with wheel-in shower.

Cormorant:
#152 is a ground-level suite with 1 queen bed in bedroom, 1 double futon in living room. Ocean view, large private deck, fireplace, kitchenette with oven and microwave, cable TV, tub/shower. Room for a mattress in living room.(noise consideration above).
#153 is a large 2nd floor room with 1 queen bed, 1 double futon, large closet, ocean view, front and back decks, kitchenette with oven, microwave, cable TV, tub/shower, medium desk. Room for mattress on floor. Noise consideration below.

Seagull:
#150 is a one-bedroom waterfront cabin with 1 queen bed in bedroom, 1 double futon in living room, fireplace, cable TV, small desk, kitchenette with oven and microwave, deck, bathroom with shower (no tub). 4 people tight

Kingfisher:
#126 is a large waterfront suite with with 2 bedrooms, one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed in living room, Full kitchen, cable TV, tub with shower. Private deck
#127 is a large waterfront suite with with 2 bedrooms, one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed in living room, microwave & small fridge, cable TV, tub with shower. Staircase in the suite - possible safety issue for small children. Private deck

#154 is a waterfront cabin with 2 bedrooms - one with 1 queen bed and the other with 1 single day bed and 1 single trundle bed, 1 double sofa bed in living room, wood stove, kitchenette with oven and microwave, cable TV, shower (no tub).
